The Buckingham Township Police Department is proud to partner with The Solebury Club to offer a Women's Self-Defense workshop, designed to empower women in our community with the skills and confidence to protect themselves.
This course will cover the basics of self-defense, proper body language and real-life applications for defense. Teaching this workshop will be Monica Au-Yeung, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Brown Belt Athlete and Coach, with the assistance of Officer Ashley McHenry and Chief David Scirrotto. Instructors will provide a supportive and non-intimidating environment, focusing on both physical and emotional empowerment.
