On Thursday Chief Gallagher met Arnold Jazlovietcki of Middle Bucks Institute of Technology. Mr. Jazlovietcki graciously volunteered his Collision Repair Students to restore and refurbish Buckingham Township Police Department's Speed Board. The speed board is used throughout the township to monitor speed on Buckingham roads. The board is a reminder for drivers to be aware of their speeds, and it also helps with traffic calming.
Chief Gallagher had the chance to meet the students from the collision repair class and also the auto technician class. The chief was impressed with the student's enthusiasm and optimism. A great group of young men!
Chief Gallagher will make another trip to MBIT when the repairs are complete. More to follow!
