Wyomissing Police Department was represented in Thailand last month. Detective Sergeant Kevin Quinter had the opportunity to travel to Chiang Mai for 10 days to train and work with the Royal Thai Police.  It was a very educational time interacting and collaborating with the district 5 Human Trafficking Taskforce.  The time was spent teaching and talking about how the Berks County Human Trafficking Taskforce conducts its investigations and how both Taskforces are fighting for the same thing.  A highlight was a afternoon spent at the airsoft range working on active shooter training.
