On Thursday July 15, 2021, the Wyomissing Recreation department held a carnival at the Happy Hollow playground for all the kids, and their families, in the Borough that participate in the playground program.  Chief of Police, John Phillips, joined in the fun by entering the dunk tank.  A cool way to spend a hot summer evening!!!
