Hazardous Weather Outlook

A Hazardous Weather Outlook has been issued for east central Ohio, western Pennsylvania, and northern West Virginia.

A passing disturbance may bring accumulating snowfall to the area later Saturday into Sunday, potentially impacting travel conditions. 

Very cold temperatures are expected through the weekend, with a prolonged period of below-freezing air temperatures and wind chill values ranging from single digits to below zero.

Important Reminders:

• When clearing driveways, please do not throw snow into the roadway.
• To prevent snow from being pushed back across your driveway entrance, push snow to the right of your driveway.
• Overnight Parking is prohibited during winter weather events and threats of inclement weather to allow snowplows access for clearing roadways.
• During the cold spell, please check on elderly neighbors and relatives.
