On 7/26/2025 at approximately 1505 hrs., MAPD was dispatched for a theft in progress at the Walmart.

Investigation revealed that a subject stole $676.59 worth of merchandise from Walmart.

Subject was taken into custody and positively identified as John Rogers 4th. Mr. Rogers was transported to Carroll County Central Booking.
