On November 22, 2025 MAPD officers were dispatched to Walmart located at 209 E. Ridgeville Blvd for a reported theft in progress.

Through the investigation, MAPD officers identified and confirmed O'Neal had left the store with merchandise she had not paid for. A CDS K9 was requested to conduct a scan of O'Neal's vehicle indicating a positive alert to the presence of narcotics.

A search of the vehicle was conducted and CDS was located inside the vehicle. O'Neal was placed under arrest and transported to the Carroll County Detention Center for processing.

O'Neal is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
