On 06/07/2026, at approximately 4:00 p.m., an arrest was made at 13000 18 Road, Cimarron, KS, on the listed charges and the suspect was cited and released.  The suspect was processed when he appeared for court.

The individual arrested is described as a 24-year-old whitemale.
