On Thursday, March 20, 2025 at 7:50 PM, El Paso Police along with a Woodford County Sheriff's deputy went to 302 W. Jefferson St. in El Paso to attempt to serve an arrest warrant on Todd Rickey. Officers took Rickey into custody on the McLean County warrant and transported him to Woodford County Jail.
