One motorcyclist was injured Friday morning after colliding with another vehicle.
Police responded around 6 a.m. Friday to an area just north of the intersection of South Woodland Boulevard and State Road 15A.
A preliminary investigation found that a blue Indian motorcycle, with a single rider, was traveling northbound on S. Woodland Blvd just north of State Road 15A.
At that time, a white Kia sedan was exiting from the parking lot of Circle K (1591 S Woodland Blvd) onto S Woodland Boulevard. Both vehicles subsequently collided in the 1500 block of Woodland Blvd, just north of the Circle K.
The rider of the motorcycle was transported to HCA Lake Monroe Hospital with life-threatening injuries.
The cause of the crash is under active investigation at this time.
