Thank you to everyone who came out to last night's H.O.P.E. (Helping Others Through Partnership & Engagement) community event at the Chisholm Community Center!

 

It was a powerful evening of open, honest conversation about law enforcement interactions and understanding the law. Items discussed were juvenile crime, the importance of effective parenting in our children’s lives, juvenile programs offered in our city and county, DeLand Police Department community engagement initiatives, citizens complaint procedures, automated license plate reader technology and much more!
