Officers were dispatched to the 2000 block of Freedom Road to conduct a welfare check. Officers made contact with Velasquez and she was arrested for Controlled Substance Special Offender, Unlawful Distribution/Manufacturing/Dispense/Sale/Possession of Schedule I or II Controlled Substance, Possession of a Schedule I or II Controlled Substance, Drove Vehicle while Under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs/or both.
