Officers were dispatched to a call about a male slumped over on a parked motorcycle. They made contact with Vanpelt and he was arrested and charged with Possession of a Weapon by Previous Offender, Criminal Impersonation, Prohibited (Use/Possession) Of a Weapon While Under The Influence, and False Reporting To Authorities out of the Trinidad Police Department. He was also booked on a Criminal Attempt Second Degree Murder warrant out of Weld County
