The Vail Police Department is pleased to offer online crime reporting for non-emergency/not in progress crimes that occurred within the town of Vail.

An officer will not see your report in real time and will not respond to your location. You will receive a follow-up phone call within 24 hours of submission.

Any person who knowingly provides or causes to be transmitted false information on a report to law enforcement authorities, whether regarding the incident or identity information of the parties involved, commits a third degree misdemeanor punishable by fines and will be prosecuted.
