ST. JOHNS POLICE DEPARTMENT AWARDED GRANT FUNDS FROM THE ARIZONA GOVERNORS OFFICE OF HIGHWAY SAFETY

The St. Johns Police Department has been awarded $7,000.00 in grant funding from the Arizona Governor’s Office of Highway Safety. The funding will allow the St. Johns Police Department to provide overtime for detecting and investigating impaired driving, throughout the City of St. Johns, Arizona.

The St. Johns Police Department is grateful for the continued partnership with the Arizona Governor’s Office of Highway Safety. The assistance that is provided through this grant allows the St. Johns Police Department to focus on traffic safety within the City of St. Johns. Likewise, this funding allows the Police Department to participate in the White Mountain DUI Task Force and other regional traffic safety initiatives.
