On 7/19/19 at approximately 12:42 pm the Columbia Borough Police Department was dispatched to the 800 Block of Barber Street for a loose brown and white pit bull.  The owner of the dog, Adrienne N. Taji, age 38, of Columbia, PA was charged with dogs running at large.  Taji is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
