Ephrata Police arrested Miguel A. Martin m/23 of Akron, PA for Public Drunkenness early Sunday morning 7-21-19 around 1:50am following a suspicious activity call in the alley way to rear of the 100 Block of East Main St, Ephrata.  

Ephrata Police received a call early Sunday morning around 1:50am for a male bleeding and laying in the alleyway in the 100 block of East Main St Ephrata Borough.  Police found Miguel Martin unresponsive and laying next to a car covered with blood.   Police discovered Martin was suffering from a large cut to his arm.  Martin was treated at the scene and taken to Lancaster General Hospital for further treatment.  Police investigation discovered witnesses observed Martin cut his arm after he punched his hand and arm through a window in the 400 Block of East Main St, then he fled the area.  

Martin to be sent a summons for Public Drunkenness.
