On 7/15/19 at approximately 9:05 pm the Columbia Borough Police Department picked up Andre William Wilson, age 28, of Willow Street, PA on a felony warrant.  Wilson was transported to the Lancaster County Prison for arraignment.  Wilson is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
