On 6/14/19 at approximately 1:03 pm the Columbia Borough Police Department was notified that Candace Schmitt, age 29, of Columbia, PA made terroristic threats against another female via a text message.  Based on the incident, an officer with the Columbia Borough Police Department filed charges for terroristic threats against Schmitt.  Schmitt is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
