POLICE INCIDENTS FROM 3/16/19 THRU 3/27/19

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE:  On 3-16-19 police responded to a single vehicle crash on RT 30 West in the area of Rohrerstown Rd.  Following investigation, Bon Buthdy (44) of Landisville was charged with Driving Under the Influence (F3).  Buthdy was taken into custody and transported to Lancaster County Prison.

WARRANT SERVICE: On 3-20-19 at 0237 hours, police conducted a traffic stop on RT 30 East in the area of Good Dr.  The driver of the vehicle, Robert Baker Jr (51) of Lancaster, was found to have a warrant through the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Department.  Baker was taken into custody and transported to Lancaster County Prison.

THEFT: On 3-20-19 police responded to 1504 Swarr Run Rd for a theft report.  A representative of Kreider and Diller Builders Inc reported that 64 steel plates and 16  steel support beams, that were stored at this location, were taken sometime between January 2019 and 3-15-19.  Estimated value of loss $5,000.00

HARASSMENT: On 3-20-19 Moises Alvarez (34) of Lancaster was cited with Harassment (S), stemming from a domestic disturbance in the 2300 block of Columbia Ave on 3-18-19.

SIMPLE ASSAULT: On 3-20-19 a 16-year old male of Honey Brook was charged with Simple Assault (M2), stemming from an incident in the 2700 block of Harrisburg Pk on 2-25-19.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT: On 3-21-19 a 15-year old male student of Lancaster was cited with Disorderly Conduct (S), stemming from an incident at Hempfield High School, 200 Stanley Ave on 3-21-19.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: On 3-22-19 police responded to the 200 block of Parklawn Ct for a Criminal Mischief report.  The victim reported that someone stuffed sticks down his outside sewer plumbing access causing a sewage backup.  Estimated damage $1,000.00

DISORDERLY CONDUCT: On 3-22-19 a 17-year old male student of Columbia was cited with Disorderly Conduct (S), stemming from an incident at Hempfield High School, 200 Stanley Ave, on 3-12-19.

ROBBERY: On 3-22-19 David Whitton (45) of Quarryville was charged with Robbery (F2), 1 count of Receiving Stolen Property (F3), 1 count of Receiving Stolen Property (M3) and Theft by Unlawful Taking (M2).  The charges were filed following an investigation into a robbery at Largo of Lancaster, 3071 Columbia Ave, on 12-31-18.

AGGRAVATED ASSAULT: On 3-22-19 at 2256 hours, police responded to the 2800 block of Dell Ln for an assault complaint.  Following investigation, a 14-year old male of Lancaster was charged with Aggravated Assault (F2), Simple Assault (M2) and Harassment (S).

THEFT FROM VEHICLE: On 3-23-19 police responded to the 100 block of Stanley Ave for a Theft from Vehicle report.  Sometime between 3-10-19 and 3-23-19, actor(s) entered an unlocked vehicle and removed a Smith and Wesson 9mm handgun valued at $400.00.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE:  On 3-25-19 Jeniffer Bulgala-Burgos (27) of Lancaster was charged with Driving Under the Influence (M) and multiple summary traffic offenses, stemming from a vehicle crash on Rohrerstown Rd in the area of Miller Rd on 3-22-19 at 2241 hours.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT: On 3-25-19 a 16-year old male student of Lancaster was cited with Disorderly Conduct (S), stemming from an incident at Hempfield High School, 200 Stanley Ave, on 3-25-19.

THEFT: On 3-25-19 police responded to Kelly Cadillac, 1986 State Rd, for a reported Theft.  Sometime in February 2019, actor(s) entered a shed on the property and removed a set of wheels and tires with an estimated value of $2,440.00.

TERRORISTIC THREATS: On 3-27-19 Timothy Brown (32) of Lancaster was charged with Terroristic Threats (M1), stemming from an incident in the 2800 block of Fleetwood Dr on 3-26-19.

THEFT BY DECEPTION: On 3-27-19 Tyrone Bailey (26) of Lancaster was charged with Theft by Deception (F3) and Forgery (F3).  The charges are the result of an investigation into  altered employee time records at a business in the 600 block of Good Dr.
