On 1/31/19 at 1435 hrs, Ephrata Police responded to a vehicle accident on Martin Avenue at Lancaster Avenue in Ephrata Borough. The investigation revealed a pickup truck operated by Tyrone Miller, 56, of Stevens, pulled from a stop sign on a traffic way and struck the side of a Subaru as it drove east on Martin Ave. The 55 year of age female driver of the Subaru was trapped in the vehicle and had to be extricated. The female was taken to an area hospital with unknown injuries. The Subaru was towed from the scene. Lincoln Fire Department, Pioneer Fire Department, Fire Police and Ephrata Ambulance assisted with the accident.
