RETAIL THEFT: On 11-30-18 Schneider Villier (20) of Landisville was cited with Retail Theft (S) stemming from an incident on 11-9-18 at Turkey Hill, 298 E Main St, Landisville.  Villier was observed allegedly taking a pack of Newport cigarettes valued at $8.00

RETAIL THEFT: On 11-30-18 police responded to That Fish Place, 237 Centerville Rd for a reported retail theft.  Chloe Borkoski (31) of Ephrata and Hallie Good (31) of Ephrata were found outside the store with unpaid items concealed in their purse and bags.  On (2) previous occasions (11-17-18 and 11-19-18) the defendants were captured on video surveillance allegedly concealing unpaid items and removing them from the store.  The total combined amount of merchandise taken is $135.06.  As a result Borkoski was charged with Retail Theft (M2) and Good was cited with Retail Theft (S).

THEFT FROM VEHICLE: On 12-1-18 police responded to the 1200 block of Cameron Dr for a reported theft from vehicle.  The unknown suspect was captured on video entering the unlocked vehicle at 0430 hours and $90.00 in cash was taken.

BURGLARY: On 12-1-18 police responded to the first block of Colonial Crest Dr for a reported burglary.  Following an investigation, Mai Tellado (25) of Leola was charged with Burglary (F1), Simple Assault (M2), 2 counts of Terroristic Threats (M1), and Criminal Mischief (S).

POSSESSION of SMALL AMOUNT of MARIJUANA:  On 12-3-18 a 16-year-old male student of Columbia was charged with Possession of Marijuana (M) and Possession of Paraphernalia (M) as a result of these items being found in his possession at the Hempfield High School on 11-27-18.

THEFT: On 12-6-18 Alicea Shuman (19) of Mount Joy was charged with Theft by Unlawful Talking (M1).  Shuman allegedly removed $1,000.00 cash from cash registers at Hot Z Pizza, 3001 Harrisburg Pk, over the course of several days in September 2018 during her employment there.

THEFT: On 12-6-18 Abraham Lopez-Medina (28) of Lancaster was charged with Theft by Unlawful Taking (M3). Lopez-Medina was captured on video allegedly removing $40.00 cash from the register at Zips Dry Cleaning, 3011 Columbia Ave on 11-20-18 while working as an employee there.
