On 8/07/18 at approximately 11:22pm the Columbia Borough Police Department responded to a call from an adult male who said he had draw a gun on an adult male in the 500 Block of N. Second Street because the male was stalking his girlfriend. He said that the other male, later identified as Joshua Rojas, 33, was armed as well and that his girlfriend and three children may be in danger. The Owners of the residence arrived home during the incident and granted the Officers access to the property. Once the Officers were inside the female came downstairs to speak with them. The Officer asked her to call the children downstairs to make sure the were safe as well. The Officers were eventually able to convince Rojas to come downstairs. The Officers learned that there was an active warrant for Rojas and placed him under arrest. Rojas was transported to the Columbia Borough Police Department for processing and later transported to the York County Prison. Note: All parties are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
