On 8/24/18 at approximately 2:56am the Columbia Borough Police Department was dispatched to the first block of North 7th Street for a fight on the sidewalk.  It was later determined that Justin L. Flaharty, 36, of Columbia was fighting with two trash cans.  A witness directed the Officer to a residence where Flaharty was causing a disturbance.  Flaharty admitted to using Cocaine and was obviously under the influence and hallucinating.  Flaharty had jumped through a closed window to the rear of the property where he received cuts on his face.  Flaharty has been charged with Disoderly Conduct and Public Drunkenness.
