On 8/28/18 at approximately 12:34am the Columbia Borough Police Department was dispatched to the 200 Block of South 3rd Street for a domestic in progress.  Upon arrival the Officer was waved down by the male and female actors.  The male was identified as Michael O. Moyer, Sr., 55, of Columbia.  The victim stated that Moyer was punching her in the head.  Moyer was arrested, placed in the patrol car and later transported to the Lancaster County Prison for arraignment.
