Ephrata Police arrested Joseph M. Gallo Jr. M/30 of Ephrata Saturday afternoon around 1:50pm after receiving a complaint of Gallo stumbling around in the first block of West Main St Ephrata Borough.     Police found Gallo to be under the influence, having difficulty standing and communicating.    Gallo was arrested for public intoxication and it was discovered he was in possession of drug paraphernalia. 

 Gallo booked on the charges of possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Public Intoxication and released to relatives.   Gallo will receive a criminal summons in the mail for the arrest.
