On 7/21/18 at approximately 7:19 pm the Columbia Borough Police Department was dispatched to the 500 Block of Avenue H for an animal attack.  Upon arrival the Officer was advised that a one year old Blue Heeler Dog had bitten a man who had been knocking on the door.  The dog was licensed and had all shots up to date.  The dog was quarantined for 10 days and the owner was issued a citation.
