Ephrata Police responded to the 800 Block of East Main St where they arrested Raymond C. Miller III M/53 of the 800 Blk of E. Main St, Ephrata on an outstanding misdemeanor Harassment warrant issued through the Chester County DA office.   Miller was located at his residence and taken into custody without incident.  Miller was turned over to a Chester County Constable to be taken to Chester County for processing on the warrant.
