Ephrata Police responded to a disturbance in the men's bathroom at the McDonald's Rest. in the 800 Block of East Main St, Ephrata Friday 6-15-18 around 0830hrs.   It was reported a male was in the bathroom screaming and pounding the walls.    Police arrived to find David Groff M/38 last known address of Ephrata in the bathroom yelling and disturbing the patrons in the restaurant.    Groff was found in possession of small amount of drugs and drug paraphernalia.    Groff was taken into custody, charged with possession of a controlled substance and Disorderly Conduct.    Groff was arraigned before MDJ Russell who required $20,000.00 bail.  

Groff failed to post the bail and was committed to the Lancaster County Prison.
