Ephrata Police bicycle unit was stopped Wednesday 08-23-17 at about 1130pm by a citizen who reported a vehicle driving west very slowly causing traffic issues in the 300 block of East Main St, Ephrata Borough.     The officer observed a vehicle stopped in the area of E. Main and S. Maple Streets and heard a female screaming.   Police subsequently found a vehicle stopped in the middle of the west bound lane with a male involved in a dispute with a female.  It was determined Chris Brown caused the female motorist to pull off the side off the roadway and had grabbed at the female once she exited her vehicle.    Investigation revealed Brown reportedly has had prior unwanted contact as recent as July 2017 with the female and has apparently continued to follow the female.    Brown was subsequently arrested for Stalking and Harassment and taken to Lancaster County Central Arraignment where he failed to post $250,000.00 bail and was committed to Lanc. Co. Prison.
