On July 28, 2017 Nathaniel Smith of Mount Joy was charged with Indecent Exposure(M2) and 2 counts of Open Lewdness(M3) stemming from incidents occurring on July 16th and July 21st, respectively.  Mr. Smith is alleged to have exposed himself to a neighbor of a home he was visiting in the 2000 block of Marietta Ave.  On both occasions it is further alleged that Mr. Smith masturbated while the neighbor was outside doing yard work and could be seen by her.  These acts both alarmed and offended the victim.
