Willard McCrea (20) of Columbia was charged with Rape of a Child, Involuntary Deviate Sexual Intercourse with a Child, Unlawful Contact with a Minor as well as Corruption of Minors after an investigation where McCrea had sexual intercourse with a 12 year old female. McCrea was arraigned on the charges before MDJ Bixler. McCrea was committed to Lancaster County Prison on $50,000 bail.
