On 06-20-17 at approx. 6:37PM police were dispatched to the 500 blk. of Locust St. for a threats complaint. It was reported to the police that a male, later identified as Austin Osborne (2) of Columbia had lifted up his shirt and told the victim that he had two (2) knives and that he would slice his throat, stab him and then kill him. Police located Osborne a block from the scene and arrested him. Osborne was taken to central booking and arraigned by MDJ Witkonis. Osborne was committed to prison on $75,000 bail.
