On September 2, 2026, at approximately 3:05 p.m., Robert B. Thompson, V., allegedly committed acts of harassment, including communicating using lewd, threatening, or otherwise objectionable language, as well as disorderly conduct, in the first block of South Sixth Street in Columbia, Pennsylvania.

Following the incident, an officer with the Columbia Borough Police Department filed charges against Thompson.

Thompson is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
