On 09/01/26, the Woodward Township Police Department have arrested 18 year old Emma Dickey, of Blanchard, from incidents which occurred on 3 dates in late June 2026 - 06/23/26 around 1:30 AM, 06/25/26 around 11:30PM, and 06/27/26 around 11:40PM.  This occurred at the Riverview Park along Farrandsville Rd in Woodward Township.  Dickey, along with others, drove her vehicle onto the park grounds and caused over $11,000 in damage at the park.  Dickey drove in a reckless manner with people hanging out of the windows of her vehicle as she did so and caused damage.  Dickey is charged with felony criminal mischief, misdemeanor disorderly conduct, trespass by motor vehicle, and reckless driving.  Dickey was arraigned before MDJ Keith Kibler on 09/01/26 and released on $5,000 unsecured bail.
