On 7/3/26 at approximately 7:21pm, Linda Reigert, age 79, of Columbia, PA, did commit the act of harassment while in the 400 block of Union Street when she intentionally ran over another person's foot with a cart. Based on the incident, an Officer with the Columbia Borough Police Department filed charges. Reigert is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
