On 7/17/26 at approximately 9:30pm, Gilberto Gonzalez, Jr., age 26, of Columbia, PA, did commit the act of unauthorized use of motor vehicle while in the 600 block of Plane Street, Columbia, PA.  Based on the incident, an Officer with the Columbia Borough Police Department filed charges. Gonzalez is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
