RETAIL THEFT: On 7-9-26 Luis Parrish Frost Jr (21) of Lancaster was charged with Retail Theft (M1), stemming from an incident 7-8-26 at Lowe’s, 25 Rohrerstown Rd.  Frost allegedly took a GE window air conditioner without making payment. 

ACCIDENT INVOLVING DAMAGE TO ATTENDED VEHICLE: On 7-10-26 Mackenzie Renee Briel (25) of Annville was charged with Accident Involving Damage to Attended Vehicle (M3) and a summary traffic violation, stemming from a two-vehicle accident on Rohrerstown Rd at the intersection of Marietta Ave. 

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE: On 7-11-26 at 0138 hrs, police conducted a traffic stop in the 3000 block of Columbia Ave.  Following investigation, Amy Elizabeth Peck (35) of York was charged with (2) counts of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol (M).

HARASSMENT: On 7-13-26 a 15-year-old female of Lilly, PA was cited with Harassment (S), stemming from an incident 6-28-26 at Spooky Nook Sports, 2913 Spooky Nook Rd.  The juvenile basketball player spit on another player during a basketball game.

RETAIL THEFT: On 7-15-26 at 1707 hrs, police responded to CVS, 2110 Spring Valley Rd, for a retail theft report.  At 1606 hrs, two females and one male entered the store with one of the females carrying a large black bag.  The three individuals placed 250 cosmetic items in the black bag and left the store without making payment.  Total estimated value of loss $2,903.73.
