On Wednesday, July 15, 2026 at approximately 0553hrs., emergency personnel responded to the area of Route 283 East between the Landisville Rd. overpass and State Rd. off-ramp for a report of a crash where a tractor-trailer had rolled over.  Upon arriving, emergency personnel determined that the crash involved two (2) vehicles, a passenger car and a tractor-trailer. Two (2) individuals were transported to a nearby healthcare facility for further evaluation of what are believed to be minor injuries.  The cause of the crash is unknown and the investigation is still ongoing.  Route 283 East remained restricted to one (1) lane until the vehicles could be safely removed from the highway.  Anyone who may have witnessed the crash is encouraged to contact Ofc.
