On 6/22/26 at approximately 12:59pm, Gavin Garcia, age 28, of Conestoga, PA did commit the act of theft by unlawful taking-movable property while in the 200 block of Noth Second Street, Columbia, PA when he stole an iPhone and three sets of air pods (totaling 1,450.00).
