POLICE INCIDENTS FROM 7/1/26 THRU 7/8/26

RETAIL THEFT: On 7-2-26 at 0553 hrs, police responded to Turkey Hill, 1503 Columbia Ave, for a retail theft.  At 0520 hrs, a male entered the store, reached over the counter and took (3) packs of Marlboro Red cigarettes then left the store without making payment. Total estimated value of loss $39.15. Following investigation, Ryan Andrew Whittaker (38) of Mountville was charged with Retail Theft (M2).  A warrant was issued for his arrest. 

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: On 7-2-26 at 0854 hrs, police responded to Worknet Occupational Medicine, 241 Rohrerstown Rd for a vandalism report.  Sometime between 7-1-26 at 0200 hrs and 7-2-26 at 0854 hrs, actor(s) sprayed red paint on the side of the building spelling out “Jamie.”  Total estimated value of damage $150.00.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE: On 7-2-26 at 1248 hrs, police responded to Belmont Storage Solutions, 2725 Columbia Ave, for a suspicious activity.  Following investigation, Christopher Reindollar (61) of Kinzers was charged with (2) counts of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol (M).

RETAIL THEFT: On 7-3-26 at 0713 hrs, police responded to Turkey Hill, 1503 Columbia Ave, for a retail theft that just occurred.  A male entered the store, reached over the counter and took (2) packs of Marlboro Red cigarettes then left the store without making payment.  Total estimated value of loss $25.99.  Following investigation, Ryan Andrew Whittaker (38) of Mountville was charged with Retail Theft (M2).

SIMPLE ASSAULT: On 7-3-26 at 1119 hrs, police responded to the first block of Tenby Way for a domestic in progress.  Following investigation, John M O’Connor (19) of Lancaster was taken into custody, charged with Simple Assault (M2) and transported to Lancaster County Prison.

BURGLARY: On 7-3-26 at 1300 hrs, police responded to Qualfon, 791 Stony Battery Rd, for a burglary that just occurred.  A male posing as an employee, familiar with the warehouse from previous employment at the location, entered the building at 1100 hrs, gathered a large cache of jewelry and dumped it into a dumpster.  His suspicious behavior drew the attention of a supervisor and he quickly left the location. Total estimated value of items exceeded $2,000.00.  Following investigation, Jonathan M Kline (44) of Harrisburg was charged with Burglary (F1), Theft (F2) and Criminal Trespass (F3).  A warrant was issued for his arrest.  Pennsylvania State Police located Kline in Harrisburg 7-3-26 and transported him to Dauphin County Prison to await extradition to Lancaster County Prison.

PROTECTION FROM ABUSE VIOLATION: On 7-3-26 at 1659 hrs, police responded to the Landisville Community Pool, 50 Elmwood Ave, for a PFA Violation that just occurred. Following investigation, Ryan Andrew Whittaker (38) of Mountville was charged with Arrest for Violation of Order (M). At 1712 hrs, Whittaker was located at Sheetz, 2149 State Rd, taken into custody and transported to Lancaster County Prison to be arraigned on the following charges Retail Theft (M2) 7-2-26, Retail Theft (M2) 7-3-26 and Arrest for Violation of Order (M) 7-3-26.

FORGERY: On 7-6-26 Francisco Zaya Santiago-Correa (34) of Harrisburg was charged with Forgery (F2) and Access Device is Counterfeit/Altered (F3), stemming from an incident 6-25-26 at C&N Bank, 2098 Spring Valley Rd.  Santiago-Correa allegedly attempted to cash a forged check for $2,475.00. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

PROTECTION FROM ABUSE VIOLATION: On 7-7-26 Douglas A Desmond (58) of Lancaster was charged with Arrest for Violation of Order (M3), stemming from incidents 7-4-26 and 7-5-26. 

RETAIL THEFT: On 7-8-26 police responded to Lowes, 25 Rohrerstown Rd, for a retail theft report. On 7-3-26 a male entered the store, placed a GE window air conditioner in a cart and pushed the cart out of the store without making payment.  Total estimated value of loss $169.00.
