The Ephrata Police Department recently charged Juan Ramirez-Nunez, 34, of Lancaster, for Disorderly Conduct and Public Drunkenness. On 06/22/2026 at 3:45 a.m., Ramirez-Nunez was the passenger in a vehicle during a traffic stop along SR0222. Ramirez-Nunez exited the vehicle, urinated in public and was determined to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage. On 06/25/2026, two non-traffic citations were filed on Ramirez-Nunez through MDJ Landis' office.

Ramirez-Nunez is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
