On 6/13/26 at approximately 9:57pm, Carey James Dupont, age 42, of Columbia, PA, did commit the act of Simple Assault-Mutual Fight, while in the 100 block of Bethel Street, Columbia,  PA.  Based on the incident, an Officer with the Columbia Borough Police Department filed charges. Dupont is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
