DOG LAW VIOLATION: On 6-3-26 Caroline Amanda Magnin (28) of Lancaster was cited with Confined Within Premises of Owner (S), stemming from an incident 5-24-26 in the 3200 block of Columbia Ave.  Magnin’s dog was found at large twice within a two-week period of time. 

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE: On 6-6-26 at 1442 hrs, police conducted a traffic stop on Route 30 West in the area of Centerville Rd.  Following investigation, Edward William Witkowski (53) of Red Lion was charged with Driving Under the influence of Alcohol (M1) and Restrictions on Alcoholic Beverages (S).

DRIVING WITH A DUI SUSPENDED LICENSE: On 6-9-26 at 2212 hrs, police conducted a traffic stop in the 1400 block of Stony Battery Rd.  The driver, Michael J Feliciano (41) of Lancaster was charged with Driving w/a DUI Suspended License- 3^rd or more Offense (M3).  The charge violated Feliciano’s parole and he was taken into custody and transported to Lancaster County Prison.
