On June 1, 2026, at 2:06 pm, the Ephrata Police Department responded to the 1st block of South Line Road (West Cocalico Township) for a report of a physical domestic.  Upon arrival, police officers identified Krystal Snader (40) of Stevens, as the suspect.  Police determined that Snader placed her hand around the victim’s throat, causing visible injury.  Snader was subsequently taken into custody and charged with Simple Assault Domestic Violence (M2).  Sander was later arraigned at Lancaster County Central Booking.  Snader is presumed innocent.
