On 05/02/2026, at approximately 5:00 a.m., an arrest was made at 6000 20 RD, Cimarron, KS, on the listed charges and the suspect was cited and released.  The suspect was later processed after appearing in court.

The individual arrested is described as a 27-year-old Hispanic female.

The circumstances surrounding the arrest are currently under investigation. All persons are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
