On 05/01/2026, at approximately 11:30 p.m., an arrest was made at 22000 US50 HWY, Cimarron, KS, on the listed charges and the suspect was cited and released.  He was later processed after appearing for court.

The individual arrested is described as a 19-year-old Hispanic male.
