On 5/10/26 at approximately 12:39am, Cory Richard Eby, age 32, of Columbia, PA, did commit the acts of DUI/Highest Rate of Alcohol, DUI/General Impairment, and DUI/DUI Following Diversion, while in the first block of Walnut Street, Columbia, PA.  Based on the incident, an Officer with the Columbia Borough Police Department filed charges. Eby is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
