Chief Dickinson presented the members of the Pennridge Regional with the following awards on May 27th, 2026 at the monthly Pennridge Regional Police Commission Meeting: 

Five Year Recognition: 

• Ofc. Samantha Adams

• Ofc. Nathan Alcott

• Ofc. Russell Closs

• Ofc. Stephanie Kolb

• Ofc. Nicholas Windfelder

Ten Year Recognition: 

• Det. Richard Dean

• Sgt. Pedro Ruiz

Investigative Awards: 

• Ofc. Courtney Truppay: For her investigation into the death of a male on Forrest Road following a drug overdose, in which two actors were successfully arrested for providing the drugs which caused the males death. 

• Ofc. Nathan Alcott & Det. Dean: For their collaborative investigations into two separate burglaries that occurred in February and March of 2024 where a lengthy investigation occurred into phone records and DNA collection resulting in a full confession from a suspect, who later identified the actors involved in the burglaries with him. 

Letters of Commendation:

• Ofc. Nathan Alcott & Det. Richard Dean: For their organization of the police department property room, sorting through over a 1,000 pieces of evidence and property, which played an integral part in the department obtaining accreditation

• Ofc. Russell Closs & Ofc. Nicholas Windfelder: In recognition of their response to a missing autistic teen who walked away from his East Rockhill Township home and believed to be in the area of Lack Nockamixon. Ofc. Closs and Windfelder were able to work in conjunction with numerous emergency teams resulting in the teen being located safe and sound. 

• Ofc. Stephanie Kolb: For her response and patrol intuition resulting in a vehicle stop of two burglary suspects leaving a burglary in Hilltown Township. 

Lifesaving Award: 

• Ofc. Robert Fulmer: For his swift response to a cardiac arrest in June of 2025 where the patient was successfully resuscitated before transportation to the hospital. 

Bravery Award: 

• Ofc. Courtney Truppay & Sgt. Ruiz: In recognition of their response to an active shooter in a vehicle on Ridge Road in April of 2025. Both officers responded to the area following a vehicle pursuit from Montgomery County where the suspect fired several shots at a cyclist and Marlborough Township Police officer. The actor was safely taken into custody following assistance from numerous police agencies and the CBSRT Team. 

Chief Award: 

• Ofc. Mark Rosenfeld was recognized for his dedication and selfless dedication to his position within the Pennridge Regional Police Department. In addition to his high level of performance in the department, his organization of numerous community events that benefit the community and officers of the department.
