The Ephrata Police, on 04/25/26 at approximately 11:06 pm, conducted a vehicle stop in the 800 block of E. Main St. Ephrata Township, after observing a traffic violation.  The driver of the vehicle, Dayne Yourkavitch (24) of Wyomissing PA, exhibited signs of driving while under the influence of alcohol and refused field sobriety testing.  Yourkavitch was arrested and charges were filed at MDJ 02-2-07.  Yourkavitch is presumed innocent.
